The Challenge

As a Product Manager, if I said "low meeting culture" - you'd think I'm kidding right? Or what's the catch? As the Product Manager, you'll be working with an innovative tech-driven team as they embark on their journey on becoming a subscription based business. You'll help drive and continue to get the most from their SaaS solutions as well as support establishing product ways of working taking a pragmatic approach that reflects the empowered culture within the business.

Core Skills

  • Demonstrable experience within a Software Product Manager role ideally within a SaaS/Technical based environment
  • Pragmatic mindset - not to be driven by process
  • Working with Roadmaps/Product Strategies
  • If you have an interest or knowledge of Windows/Servers/Networks that would be ideal.

 

Desirable Skills

  • An understanding of disaster recovery concepts
  • CompTIA A+ (or equivalent)
  • Exposure to the ITIL framework
  • Freshdesk experience
  • 3CX experience
