Browse an image

You can Browse or Explore an image by mounting the image file in widows explorer. This makes the backed up data appear as a drive in Windows explorer that you can access just like any other drive.

 

The drive will be mounted as read only. This means you cannot make any changes to the contents of the drive.

 

To mount an image and browse in explorer take one of the following options:

 

 

  • Choose the 'Restore' then 'Explore Image' from the main menu.

 

  • Select 'Browse an Image file' from the 'Restore Tasks' panel.

 

 

  • Right click on an image file Windows Explorer and select 'Explore Image...'
